Easy Textile Collages for Kids

September 7, 2015      Leave a Comment

This is an easy activity you can do with preschoolers and kindergartners on rainy days. They will get to cut and glue, which will develop their fine motor skills.

What you’ll need: different textiles (from old clothes, samples from clothing stores), paper, glue, pencils/markers.

Instructions: Let the kids cut different objects/patterns from the materials provided, then stick them to a piece of construction paper. It can be an abstract work of art, still life, etc. Creativity has no boundaries!
