The Tongue is such an amazing organ! It helps us eat, taste sweet cookies, and let’s not forget about the fact that it helps us talk. We learned about it by watching this fun video from KidsHealth. After talking about the sweet, sour, salty, and sweet tastes, we had a small tasting experiment.
We had lemons, raw cacao powder with a bit of water, cookies, and popcorn. The kids loved the popcorn, and I had fun watching them make faces as they tasted cacao and lemons.
